A strong advocate for the Navy’s role in diplomacy\, he fostered close partnerships with U.S. ambassadors across Europe\, Africa\, and the Middle East\, convening regional conferences to address security challenges in the Balkans\, Mediterranean\, and Black Sea. Drawing on his extensive operational experience and engagements with senior international leaders\, Admiral Foggo will share his perspectives on today’s evolving global security environment\, including great power competition and key military challenges across multiple regions.
