• Call to Action _ American will face military conflict.  The time for action is NOW!
• Prioritize strength & readiness of our sea services in a geostrategic environment
• Adress atrophy of America’s Industrial Base
• FULL Funding is needed for a trained, equipped & motivated workforce
• Our ability to sustain military & maritime resources during protracted conflict is in danger!
• U.S. needs to invest to ensure the ability to manufacture critical lethal & non-lethal weapons systems
